If you stop the habit of eating late at night ofter 8 AM, then you will begin to notice a change in your energy levels the nest day and you will be more inclined to eat breakfast.

Increase the frequency or your meals from three large meals to 5 or 6 smaller size meals a day.

Its time to break the cycle of no activity, weight gain which leads to less active lives. The best part on the subject of working out is that no matter what condition you're in, you can do something.
