5) Do they have good customer service? The last thing that you want to do is to put your time, energy and money to market your product only to have the customer service department miss phone calls and emails. Call the customer service department with some questions before purchasing the product and then call them again after you purchase the product. How well do they answer your questions? Are they friendly and effective? These people will be representing your business so test them.

Remember when choosing a work from home business opportunity to pick a product or service that you really believe in and would be proud to represent. It will make all the difference.
